Need help removing tsx front bumper

I've done it a bunch of times but it seems I always end up putting a small crack in each side of the bumper .....at about the center point of the headlight

Maybe I'm pulling too hard? Is there a proper way to remove it w/o cracking it?

when the sides are popped off, but it's held on by the headlights ....do you grab it in the center and pull ? or center and sides? or do you pry up some tabs or something?

Pull from the fender to the grille on each side until it is held up top by the two bitch clips.

if you are getting cracks in the bumper that means that you are pulling it by the fender to release the headlight clips, move your hands closer to the actual clip. 1 trick i've used is to just stick my hand there and slap it off from the inside. no bending the bumper is necessary

Is there a DIY pic-o-rama of bumper removal? I tried searching and didn't come up with anything. I thought there was, but then I realized it was just looking through PyroDaves progress thread and there are more pics with the bumper off than on...
