the passenger side window will not go down from the driver's side. WTF. My car is not even a month old. Any one have this happen?

I think he confirmed the window lock switch was on. No need to go to the dealer for that. There is so many features with this car I have read through most of the owners manuals and am still learning new stuff.

We're taking her '07 TSX in next week for a semi-similar issue: the rear passenger side window stopped working correctly from the driver's controls and when you pull up on the switch to put the window up it goes down first, stops and then goes up. There are also times where it doesn't even move at all and you have to keep pushing the switch up and down to get it to move...seems like there is a short in it, and the switch suddenly feels a little loose.

Sorry to hear about that, be sure your window lock switch is not on and then take it back for warranty work. I wouldn't worry too much about it. It will be a faulty switch, or a bad ECU. I believe these systems are multiplexed so there is a small chipset that runs the window up/down and all the extras like remote roll down etc. BTW, have you had the windows tinted recently?

I never had any tints done on any cars and not sure how they do it but, if they have to remove a door panel, any possibility that something may have come loose or not properly assembled back?! Like I said, a bit cluelessabout tints are done so if door panels are not taken off, please do not flame me *laughing*

When you tint the windows, the tinter removes the door panel to get the tint to sit properly. To do this, they have to unsnap all the connectors that run the windows/door locks/memory seats etc. It is likely that they didn't snap them in all the way and while you were driving one worked loose. Right now, I'd say the odds are 90% tinter related vs. 10% a real car failure.

Somewhat related, I just had my windows tinted and am now noticing the driver door window control/switches panel rattles a bit (esp. when playing low freq bass music). I also notice a very weak draft from the area when on the highway. Maybe I'm just getting accustomed to the car or the tinter didn't completely snap something back into place.
