LH Trans Mount Bolt - Special Socket Needed?

Is a special socket need to remove the bolt which holds the upper (cast aluminum) and lower halves of the LH trans mount together?

The 2009 TSX service manual states: Do Not Remove
Based on that I would assume there isn't a tool available to "service" the mount

Thanks. I just found it odd that the lower half of the mount is the same for both manual and automatic applications, but it's possible/likely there's a specific reason the two halves are to remain one unit.
