Leaking oil

Is leaking oil fron that part, does anyone know the name of that cover

2) Is the red arrow pointing at this oil leak?

I'm commnting so I know as well mine has a dark brown must be a leak or leak stopped in that area as well.

Same I have a dark sludge looks like oil leak that stopped. Is that from the VTC acuator?

On the K24 engine (4-cyl TSX) here are the common high-mileage oil leaks:

VTC strainer seal
VTEC solenoid seal
Crankshaft pulley seal
Oil filter base seals (2x)
Timing chain window (sealed with Hondabond, not a rubber gasket like the others).

In terms of difficulty, the crankshaft pulley and VTC strainer are easier, although you need to be comfortable removing and reinstalling the serpentine belt for both of these. You'll also need to remove the power steering pump to access the VTC strainer.

The oil filter base and VTEC solenoid seals are much more difficult due to lack of clearance in the engine bay.

The timing chain cover doesn't look too difficult - I'm replacing mine this weekend. Looks like you need to remove the crankshaft pulley to access all the bolts holding it in place.
