Oil sweating from oil pan

Oil sweating from oil pan

I had my mechanic tell me that it was sweating from the oil pan. Ive never heard this before and I've owned 4 acuras prior to this one. Has anyone else had this experience before

He probably meant that there is very small leak somewhere. Enough to cover oil pan with small layer of oil, not enough to make it drip on the floor.

Most likely the oil pump is leaking from the top leaking down, it's not from the oil pan's seam with the block sealed by hondabond.
