Ignition Noise

Seems like all I do is post about things no one else has seen, or things that are "normal" according to the dealer. Well here's another one... Sometimes when I go to start the car I get this weird buzzing/crackling sound when I turn the key. Here's a video of it. You will have to turn the sound way up, but believe me it's loud enough in person. You can hear the noise after the seat belt chime, and just before the tach shows the rpms jump (when it starts). This isn't reproducible - that is I can't determine when it might happen, and it only happens once in a blue moon (1x every 2 months or so?). Dealer wasn't able to recreate it, but looked in the steering column and didn't see anything unusual. Any thoughts?

I did notice this on my 2011 tsx a few times. My older Accord did this when it was out of warranty.
