Goodbye fellow TSX owners... traded in yesterday:

Thanks for 4 years of knowledge and information. Yesterday, I traded Tori (TSX) in for an Infiniti QX60. My family needs more room now that the boys are older...taking them to sports, activities, etc. I'll get into another sedan a few years from now, when my wife is ready to give up her other ride

What I found sad and weird is that usually I get pretty sad when I trade my rides in. This one wasn't the case. Tori felt old, cramped, and mundane to me... dunno.

I actually lifted the plastic on one of the seats just to touch and feel it

Yeah sorry. She was a good car. Things started to rattle at the end though. A bit disappointed there. But yeah it was a good car for when we just had one kid. Now with 2, such a pain to have just a small car. I might get another sedan in the future.

12/26 - Delivery Day! Today was a momentous day for us. The family had a blast. Best part for me was seeing all the workers and customers there giving me the look of shock when they saw me detailing the vehicle AFTER they already detailed the vehicle, while on the showroom floor. LOL. I put a coat of Blackfire sealant on the paint and wheels. I guess I have different standards. :lol: Peeling the plastic was fun too! 12 miles on the do upon delivery!!! Thoroughly enjoyed the drive home as well. This chronicle has come to and end. Now we're off making new memories with Quincy!

Hehe

I grew up with Nissan patrol and land cruisers so to me those are the SUV I lust after , though with my sports car hobbies haven't had the need to drop 80k on a LC yet

Lots of kids parents at school have the same one as you , beautiful

Thanks a lot guys!!! We love the new ride. She has 500 miles on her already!

=================

Was able to wash her inside the garage with ONR, so I took a few pics. She's still unbowed. I won't be able to buff her till spring when it warms up. For now, she's just coated with Blackfire sealant. Ahhh, it feels GOOD to be back in a black car. Love it. Sorry, no sun pics...winter here, so what can you do
