Fog Replacements

Fog Replacements
Looking to replace the Fogs on my TSX. Please advise me on the tools necessary as I see the best way to go in is through the guard beneath the bumper.
Also I planned on going with the Hyper Yellow Nokyas.... All the old forums I saw were pretty outdated though so is there anything newer/better to look into. I heard PIAA look better but burn faster... Not really looking at going with HID Fogs.

I went with PIAA and don't regret it
hope this helps, pages 439-440 from 2010 TSX owners manual (should be the same for a 2009)
