Talking D4RK_TSX Intro

What's up everyone!

I just wanted to do a formal introduction to the forum now that I'm an official owner of my Acura TSX!!!

I took it off the lot about a month ago, Its an 09 Crystal Black Pearl with 13,470 miles on the odo. Fully loaded with the Tech package and the Aero Kit on the body. It has the Aero front and rear bumper with side skirts, and the trunk spoiler. It also has Acura Premium Alloy wheels. I have to say I love this car! I bought it from Bridgewater Acura in central Jersey, they were great from the beginning. I can honestly recommend their sales department for future buyers.

In the month I've had it, its been professionally detailed, a job which took almost 2 days...ugh .....I specifically requested all the swirls be removed; the work was immaculate. I also had the trunk debaged.

Future Modifications I have lined up include -

-Comptech Supercharger Kit
-Comptech Short Shifter
-Comptech Catback Exhaust
-Comptech Ice Box
-Tein Springs
-Stoptech Slotted and Drilled Rotors W/ Red Powdercoated Calipers
-Paint Matched Grill by Trinity Autobody In Elizabeth NJ
-Red Optima Battery
-Minor engine dressups here and there...I.E. Engine Reservoirs Covers, Carbon fiber spark plug covers...etc....
-LED Replacements on all bulbs vehicle wide
-Honda Sport Aluminum Pedals
-TSX All Weather Floor Mats

And more things as I think of them....

If I win the lottery..... The Full Mugen Exterior from jdmconcept.com.au. lol...except for that tacky high wing....ill leave that for Evo's and Sti's....

Oh and I had a professional photoshoot done with my friends Type-S......Happy driving everyone!!

I love those rolling shots... also you said '09 so it's not a V6, but it has the V6 wheels. Very nice, and like defcon said, welcome to the family.

Edit: fail on me for not reading your post, you said you have the accessory wheels.

Welcome to the forum.

Your car looks stunning, great detailing job. I like those V6 rims also, made by Hitachi not Enkei...

Tech, you are a fountain of information. Who would've thought that those wheels are made by the same company that makes my hard drive?!?

Interesting, glad you had a good experience at Bridgewater. I have heard some not so good stories, and did not like them myself.

I'm from the area, as well. I lived in Branchburg, but just recently moved to NY. However, I'm still down there 2 days a week for work. Maybe I'll see you around.

Welcome to the forum!

lol you have a good sense of location! Yes the rolling shots are on 287 and on RT 22 in bridgewater. With my crazy photographer hanging out of a GMC Envoy for the rolling shots lol. I thought he was going to kill himself for a photoshoot...luckly hes done it, time and time again...lol....and yes that was the corporate park in the parking complex...it was great for the shots, until security came....which u can see in the shot of the engine bay lol

Looks good dude. Yeah...I originally wanted to get the 4 cylinder model then upgrade to the rims you have on your car...because like you I liked the TSX V6 look. When I heard the price the dealer wanted for the upgraded wheels and tires...I decided to just get the V6 model instead because the price was almost the same!

Very nice. The full aero kit will be something for me to shoot for as well. Plus, bumping up to some 19"s.

At least you got some good pics in before security came - haha. Yes, I know the area well as I lived there for 20 years and just moved a couple months ago. I lived 10 minutes west of Bridgewater Acura, a couple miles off Rt. 22 and I still work down there off County Line Rd.

Hitachi is a multi-billion dollar inernational conglomerate. They make electronics, appliances, air conditioners, rice-cookers, bread-makers, MRI's, ultrasounds, electron microscopes, steam turbines, etc. So, just about everythng, LOL.
