Center Console Image at Night

I am considering getting rid of my 2001 CL-S and am considering the TSX. I test drove the TSX V6 today and really liked the drive. I'm not very fond of the center console but the sales guy indicated it looks really nice at night. By any chance does anyone have a shot of the console at night? I spent 15 minutes looking for one in the gallery but came up empty handed. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks! I guess my search skills are pathetic!

Am I the only one that thinks the center console looks cheap during the day? I guess I could get used to it as I orignally thought that of my CL-S when it was new too.

Besides the center consolse, truly the only thing that bothered me was that the navigation screen was a wreck with my polarized sunglasses. I shouldn't complain as my current nav in my CL-S is the same. The screen is different on the TL though as the polarized lenses had no effect.

TBH, I think the dash of the TSX is just fine because I came from a '98 Accord LX. I have been in some nicer interiors of Lexuses (with that glossy wooden finish), but its all about useability for me and the TSX is right up there with the best of em. I don't think its as cheap looking as the majority of cars out there, but I dunno.

I think the TSX interior could be spruced up with some real wood inserts. But compared to the interior of my TL-S which has fake wood inserts this TSX interior is way nicer.

At first I thought the center console had too many buttons but now I like it because the less I have to use the center wheel knobby thing...the better! I like not having to use video screen to access all the functions like radio and climate control. Those are all separate.

Yeah, I think it's button crazy but you bring up a good point. I think using the screen for everything would get annoying.

I have the base model and I think the center console is great. Quality construction and all the buttons feel solid.

Maybe if I lived at the North Pole and I saw sunlight a few hours a month. LOL . The sales guy just commented on how nice it looked so I figured I'd like to see what he was referring to. I have to admit it is one of the better ones illuminated.

Hands down, the fit and finish of the 2nd gen TSX blows away the first gen with a higher quality appeal. The accents down the center console from the dash are beautiful and the added trim around the door handles going up to the mirror controls is a big improvement. I'm a person that did not like the look of the 2nd gen when it first came out but after driving it now for 3 weeks there is no comparison on the two gens when it comes to this one being an upgrade. It definitely is a step up. Great job Acura!!
