Question Anyone with these installed?

I'm looking to replace my fog lamps with something 4300K or more, but not trying to drop $60 for tinted halogen bulbs. I'm contemplating these from wardenJP because they look simple and they're only $15

2pcs H11 1W High Power LED bulbs (Xenon White)
USD15 for 2pcs

If any of you have these installed, how long have you had them? How do they perform in actual fog? How well does the light disperse within the reflective housing? Their Xenon white is 6000K correct? I know a lof of people here have gotten xenon white units from wardenJP.

I don't want to have some gaudy blinding fog lights, I just want to get closer to the HID color (more on the blue side than the yellow side of the white line).

EDIT:

Also someone brought to my attention that some LED units caused errors because they didnt turn completely off with the car... Can anyone say from experience whether or not these wardenJP bulbs cause electrical issues/remain partially lit when they're supposed to be completely turned off? Theyre so cheap I'm almost afraid to get them lol...

By definition they will perform very badly as a fog light. Cold light (anything in the verywhite/blue range will reflect back and cause dangerous glare.

I have had LED fogs for like 6 months. No errors , just plug and play. Mine are the 18 SMD ones like in the picture below. They put out hardly any light, and would be absolute shit in really dense fog. I live in texas and we don't care about fog, so they are just for looks for me. I dont necessarily like being able to see all the little light points reflecting in the housing, but this weekend I am going to try to frost the lenses with clear plasti dip. Im going to take some pictures either this evening or tomorrow some time of them since Ive gotten a few requests.

Here are a bunch of craptastic pictures of my LED fogs. Hopefully you can get something out of them. I tried taking them from different angles and distance, and I also added some I took the other night and one from like a month ago. I really need to find my old real camera. Probably wont be much better than my phone though...

if the light output is as much as the ones being used for the DRL's then yeah, they are gonna suck...I installed the LED ones for the DRLs and I took them off after only 5 minute run time, I rather have functional lights than cosmetic lights.

Yeah I have LED fogs too, never really thought OEM fogs did much for me so I just went with the easy install.

wow i knew they'd have bad output but that's just piss poor lighting. they're just mere dots when compared to the stock HIDs...

I ordered a couple pairs of so called 7w high powered LEDs h-11 bulbs. While the ouput looked decent, they don't fit in the openings of our OEM fog housing.. The LEB structure was too big. WTF???

if you want output, go with hid, if you want functional, get some yellow piaa bulbs, if you just want white look, led should do fine.

it's easier to take off the bumper to get to your fogs but there's a flap on each side of the bottom of the bumper where you can stick your hand in and fiddle/install new bulbs.

Now that I think about it, all the guides I've seen are for the US TSX or Non-Luxury Accord Euro's.

I'm not sure if it's easy to take mine off because of the headlight washers attached.

I bought those from Jp_warren,

I wouldnt wipe my ass with those fog lights.

LED lighting is point source and not suitable for proper road illumination, at least not in this capacity anyway. It will look weak, you will mainly see it only in one spot, and it wont be throwing many lumens on the road.

If you get the one opboarding has, it will fill the housing a bit better, but still be piss poor in general, and really if you try to be more like opboarding you are just setting down a poor path in life

I have also bought the PIAA bulbs, and they are worthless pieces of dick. I've said it before and you can search this topic also guys, weve discussed it in the past, extensively, but I just wanted to warn you all so you dont end up like opboarding

And also, with LEDs, don't you need resistors and such? Those things can get expensive too. Just get HIDs and be done with it!

Thank you all for all the feedback! After much consideration, I've decided I'm just going to do a lamin-x optic blue overlay. It's not obscenely blue, and it'll take that orange-ish edge off the halogens but still maintain reasonable brightness. I don't encounter fog where I'd actually need foglights so the glare shouldnt be any issue. My license plate has a nice blue gradient on it as well so that could actually be a nice tie in I also have the blue overlays they put on the Acura bar at the foot of the door from the factory still on there (i'm one of those weird people that leaves protective laminate on certain things like cell phones and scratch-prone metallics) so this should fit in just fine... Probaby doesnt sound attractive but I'll take some pics when I finish
