True. That's partially the reason they also have to low ball you too because they don't know what they are getting until it's fully inspected. If you were to sell privately, is it always a cash deal and paid in full?

air bag imprint!

big issue on the TL! or some would make you believe...

although there's an imprint, I dont think its a big deal as it doesnt take away the functionality of the car.

Others, however, get angry that their "$30k" car has an air bag imprint.

my car is 10 years old. it runs, it looks sorta sexy, and the imprint doesnt take away from what it does best....

if it bothers you, you can put a dash cover on (there are dash covers that look completely STOCK! one wouldnt know its a dash cover)

or you can pay the thousands and thousands of dollars to get a new dash.(which may or may not happen again)

Yeah exactly, and definitely if you are selling privately you're gunna require an all cash deal. Who knows where that person would be/go if they said they would pay you in monthly installments. Once you sign that title over.. it's pretty much done. (Of course there are some extra-ordinary circumstances)

But yeah, I know I would feel worse getting a cash deal, and then later the buyer comes back and says hey man... Im burning 3 qts of oil every 4-5 months. Then you gotta either say "'Yeah it does that"... or lie about it and say "It was fine when I sold it to you."

At least with a dealer.. they never come back to you once you have sold it.

^thats what a bill of sale is for!
"Sold as is" Buyer has NO RECOURSE!!!!!!! they fully take on responsibility once it is signed

also, I took over some one's payments before( which CEB corrected me and technically, is handled like a new loan through banks)

and you dont sign title over until you have full amount.

exactly the way the banks do it....I didnt get my title until i paid the car off.

so, you write up bill of sale with conditions. its buyers prerogative to read and find out condition of car.

buyer gets a copy of BOS
Seller gets a copy of BOS

get a copy their DL and Insurance info.... or smart phone cameras now adays.

I had to use a copy machine.

Some (all?) states will deduct the trade-in value from the sales price of the new car, thus reducing the total amount you pay sales tax on.

That can be a trade/private sale consideration as well. Although I don't think, offhand, that the reduction in tax value will approach the potential cash-in-pocket amount of a private sale. But it does help things a little bit.

Hey, wagon guys.

Quite admiring your enormous genitals for a couple of minutes and go pre-order an exhaust for your studmobile: https://acurazine.com/forums/second-...-wagon-945220/

Sedan guys, you should sell or trade your girl car for a wagon and then go pre-order the exhaust. Or better yet, go pre-order now and it'll be ready when you get your wagon.

Other guys, I'll buy you a Klondike bar if you pre-order one of the wagon exhausts so Endless can get the initial run made. You can do whatever with the exhaust after. Make a planter out of it, turn it into a bong. I dunno. Whatever you kids are into these days.

Okay. Thanks.

Do either of these exhaust companies have legit videos of the car with an exhaust. Just seen a few teaser vids, nothing serious.

Not really. We just need 3 more suckers, I mean, mega-awesome wagonbros to buy in and ill be more than happy to get a real video with sound.

But I've got my own motives.

I'm willing to bet pretty good. Wouldn't it sound somewhat similar to a GReddy exhaust on a TL?

Smashing idea. I'd forgotten about that "other place". Just did it.

If I wasn't so fucking old and grumpy, I'd figure out how to make a facebook and crap out a post to whatever hip and cool TSX groups there are that I keep hearing you kids talk about.

Any cool kids want to do some cross-posting for me?

If not, that's a'ight. Just get the hell off my lawn.

Lool. I just checked your post on there.

So, this is your chance to get in on the first run and be *the COOLEST* kid on the block. Way cooler than Cory down the street with his fartcan Civic.
If you're ugly you should really buy one because it's so pimp it'll make you look 100 times better. That's why I'm buying one. I'm sick of paying for dates and as soon as I get this exhaust installed, I know the 10's will be flocking to my whip like horseflies to a manure pile.

And I'm not a shill for the company or anything. Just an ugly dude with a mommywagon that I want to make sound brrrmmm-brrrmmm'ier.
your descriptions are always hilarious.

PN/ 62.0105 is the same as what I have jotted down on my "ToDo" list.

And I think that TH Motorsports place was the lowest price I found when I was poking around a while ago.

So looks from here.

Submit a price match request with heeltoe. They might grant it, and you can probably also use the acurazine coupon code on checkout as well. Might be able to save more dollars that way? Make sure you specify that that's the SHIPPED price.

What's the code? It was working out to be about $200 with heeltoe because of $36 shipping. I'll give it a shot though since I don't know anyone that's used the other website anyways, although they seem accredited and everything.

its always best to play with each setting to get a feel for what each setting does!

this goes for coilover damping as well.

Go full soft!
drive!
Go full STIFF!
Drive

figure out which "Feeling" gives you butterflies in your stomach (literally and figuratively)

with coilover damping, you then can dial it down to somewhere in the middle.

playing with the settings will give you an idea and then you can dial it down to your own preference, as it is pretty subjective.

OPboarding isnt SSJoe and vice versa, so it only makes sense that they have different settings
