Do you guys spray the sticky part to allow some movement or apply directly (and slowly) while getting rid of bubbles?
& ssjoeboe9, not sure why I would spend an additional $200 when this is a cheaper alternative haha
It was my first time using vinyl and I scratched the shit out of it when around the corner of the tail light lol

Idk lol just sounds like you're really bad at wrapping if you're struggling with the tails haha
If it was $100CAD I would probably grab them, but unfortunately I have to deal with the shitty conversion rate + shipping as a Canadian
Either way I would still like the turn signals red so that wouldn't help with what I want to do lol. I've done vinyl on a flat surface (fogs) relatively easily, but sucked ass attempting the tails hahaah

I probably used enough vinyl to do 5 or 6 sets of tail lights when I did mine. There is a big learning curve. Don't do it during winter like I did. Mine are fading to a pink hue after being on for a year.
Do use some soap/water concoction to help delay the adhesive. To stop scratching of the vinyl, use soft tinting tools or fold up a microfiber towel over a credit card/hotel room key. Be patient with it. A heat gun and a buddy definitely helps the process.

I imagine it would be a bit easier if you take the lights off the car so you can do it inside and set them at a good angle to work on.
Use lots of soapy water or quick detailer spray to help in positioning. Then heat to shrink and stretch as needed.
Buy more material than you need and don't be afraid to rework.
Isn't there a red spray tint you can buy? Maybe easier to mask and spray...

No. They are the DEPO ones that fishcakes sells on eBay for $400. They come with an actual clear corner lens. I bought them off of robpp, so I believe he opened them to add the sequential blinker (which I'm not using, and you can barely tell they're there)

Probably best to ask Greddy themselves. I don't trust the knowledge of most vendors. But in any case, you're likely right cuz our car doesn't have nearly as much aftermarket support as others

There is at least one out there. Greddy posted a teaser / test fit shot on their instagram account.
They/everybody else waited to long to develop it. Anyone who's wanted an exhaust set up has already fabbed one up by now. Everyone else doesn't care to mod or has accepted the fact that the CU2 gets no love.

Have brand new D2S Osram CBI bulbs in original box never opened. I paid $185 for them, will take a reasonable offer.
Have brand new Xentec 35w 5000K (white) HID kit for fogs w/ slim ballast. Will let go for cheap as well.
I'm sure i'll think of more things, but wanted to give my cu2 homies first dibs before I post them in the BM/eBay/Craigslist etc.

I was going to ask you how does it feel to go from the TSX to the G. I did consider the G when I was looking for a car, but the terrible gas mileage was the biggest reason I stopped considering it. Is yours the AWD or just RWD? Also, how does the handling feel compared to TSX?

Anyone else take advantage of auto parts store coupons?
I'm abusing these monthly $10 off deals with Napa on little things like filters and wiper blades. There's enough stores around to grab 1 item from each and save a few bucks.

Can anyone assist me in finding the part # for the rubbery (?) piece situated as the base of the pocket of the door handle as pictured below? I purchased the car used, and that piece is missing...not sure what the previous owner did with it lol

This one is referring to the driver side I'm assuming?

No problem, I just happened to check in at the right time... It's easy to find once you get used to the Honda parts groupings. That's a "Front Door Lining" piece.
Just pull up an Acura part site and drill down:
Acura Parts @ AcuraOEMparts.com - Genuine Acura OEM Parts from Delray Acura
#18 & #32, you want the driver/L side, yes:

I would say everything is better with the exception of the seats and gas mileage maybe.
Push button start, keyless entry, real sport mode w/ downshift rev matching, awd, adaptive cruise control. etc
also keep in mind mine is an X not an S... S has bigger brakes and better seats.
