I got a iphone 4 for... $8 a few days ago. it said "defective"
So I get it, and it works fine aside from a little crack on the top. And, it's full of porn. No joke. And its like weird Japanese drawn shit. I didn't even bother fixing the screen and relisted it, some idiot did buy it now for $70. lol.

entry level programmers make like $40-60k.
i suspect it would take more than 60 grand to build an app from the ground app.
probably be easier to learn how to code and do it yourself.
