Hey guys, have a bit of an issue.... my rear driver's side caliper was sticking.... bought a new caliper, replaced it & bled the system/greased everything up.... but it's still sticking. Any idea what it could be?!

 

Do you use the parking brake? If so, see if the parking cable is giving you issues.

iCrap, the "lip" I bought is the one for the facelifted CU2s (2011+), i.e., the 2 small pieces on each side of the front (08F01-TL2-2G0B). I don't think this lip works on the pre-facelifted CU2s? I might be completely wrong though

 

Oh yeah, i need the single piece lip for my car.

 

I do use it, but the Parking brake cable is good. I was told I may need a new brake hose, so I guess that's the next step.

 

I think I want to plasti dip my rims. I have a black TSX, should I go for black dip too or gunmetal gray?

 

Actually liking the black on black look. Only thing is this video is with the SE rims.

Weird that you don't have them. They're just the stock hub caps I believe. There is a variety on eBay, you might have to look through them to find OEM set though.

Those are the caps the SE has i guess. mine are just printed on.

 

I thought yours was just black also. Hard to tell the difference in the garage I guess.

Acura must have changed them after 2010 because I have the same ones as the video, but non-SE TSX.

Yea i guess it's hard to see in pics. Ive parked it next to a car with black dipped rims though and I like the Antracite better.

Looks like Acura did change the caps... I'll get a 2011+ set then i guess.

Center caps changed 3 times.. From embossed center caps on the 1st gen.. Then printed caps on 2nd gen 2009-2010, to raised emblems on the caps 2011+

i finished redipping my first wheel. It looks way nicer. will post a pic tomorrow. Also since i do a black base coat first i can take a comparison black / anthracite pic when i do the 2nd one.
