With Pandora, this only seems to work sometimes for me. Can't figure out a pattern as to when it works/doesn't work.

 

I want to say I've tried that. I never got it to work. Tomorrow when I drive I'll try rapid firing it and see what happens.

 

I've done it and it works... You guys with the 2011+'s aren't using your HDD? I'd kill to have a HDD so I can rip my music to it... Also just saying just because I drive doesn't mean I don't bump my music loud...

 

I got a free iPod Classic 60gb, so I just leave in the center console.

 

The hassle with the HDD is that you can only rip from CDs to it. I don't have enough CDs to fill up the HDD and I don't buy new CDs nowadays.

 

The double tap back button worked! I guess I wasn't pressing it fast enough before. Thanks for the insight.

No, I've found the USB has limited functionality.. I don't even know how to do genre or anything... Maybe I should just put the songs into folders.

 

Double tap back does NOT work for USB. I've only used my HDD for 5.1 music and concerts. I mainly use USB for music, though before that I was using mp3 CDs, which do allow you to go back while using "random".

Is there a way to put a picture from your USB as your wallpaper on your center console?

Put the image in the root folder of the USB, then go into the info menu and there should be an option to import photos from USB. After importing, there's an option to set wallpaper, select that and select the image you imported.
