Just compare the 2011 wagon to the sedan to get an idea of the changes we're going to see. The HD audio/nav/media was mentioned already. The wagon also showed off a tweaked grille, which the sedan will also probably get. The interior of the wagon also has some wood/woodgrain trim all around the shifter center console. It also has a new bumper, something we also will probably get. I didn't notice a hp/tq rating for the 2.4-L in Acura's press release, which makes me wonder if it's being tuned a bit for some extra power. I do not think the 6-speed automatic will find its way here though. The wagon will have the 5-speed and the trans needs to trickle down the Acura line, which it still hasn't done with the RL or TL. But hopefully I'm wrong. The J35 will probably be carried over. I've heard no official confirmation of a hybrid model.
Personally I'd like to see the V-6 version morphed into a Type-S type model, a bit of a present day version of the 2007-2008 TLS. As it stands the V-6 is just too close to the TL, right down to the price.
That's just my .02.

it's a car-drive it
I am planning to purchase the 2011 tsx to be picked up on June 23, 2011 (my birthday). I am hoping the red will be offered with 6MT. Otherwise I have to decide on another color which is very limited. Will wait and see.

I received a 2010 quote yesterday from my dealer, $30,914 for a TSX V6 (no tech). What does everyone think of this quote? Seems like they are trying to unload them. They also had a V6 demo for $28k. Thanks for your input.

2011 TSX info from the Summer 2010 edition of Acura Style magazine:
"Acura fans familiar with the TSX will immediately notice the 2011 edition's new wheels, crisper front fascia (including a new grille and front-bumper design) and revised rear taillights. Two new exterior colors join the range as well: Gray Metallic and Silver Metallic. In its accommodating but businesslike cockpit, the base TSX adds new wood trim on the center console and, sure to please passengers riding in back, rear air-conditioning vents. The TSX with Technology Package includes even more, such as metal trim on the center console and a revised navigation system, as well as a Hard Disk Drive (HDD) that stores both navigation data and digital music files (the drive replaces the previous six-disc CD changer)."

IMO, that sounds pretty reasonable before taxes. I got quoted 33,500 before taxes for a V6 no tech when I went vehicle shopping with my aunt. It also depends where you are also.

I'm considering replacing my 06 Navi. I like these updates, but consider me old fashioned, I like the 6-disc changer. The Navi update will be nice. But what about push-button start? Even the Nissan Sentra has this. Come on Acrua, get with it.

I would love to see what the new Gray Metallic and the Silver metallic will look like. I hope it is a lot better than the current Polished metal, which is way too light IMO. Did any of you guys notice the grey metallic paint on Toyotas? like the Camry and the Matrix? That's the kind of grey metallic Acura needs to have. Very dark with that flaky metallic particles sparkling.

- I wonder if they are two new colors being added to the lineup, or just replacing other colors? Seems like they will be replacing current colors, as I can't imagine that Acura will add two more colors to the mix so similar to the others.
- Will the 6-speed's choices be even more limited?
- I wonder what the taillight change will be, as I really like the current design.
- I didn't think a change to our front was necessary, as IMO it is okay as-is and not as gaudy as the TL's (for example).
- I like my 6-disc changer and sad to see it go actually. The HD is a neat idea and great for Navi, but the TL can only rip music in 128kbp from my understanding, which is disappointing.
- Wood trim?!? UGH, I can't imagine that will look good in a sporty-ish car (but you never know).
- The rear vents are a nice addition for sure! I never have rear passengers so I never cared too much about this, but it will be an added boost for air flow around the cabin...it always feels hot back there when I go to get my stuff out of the back.

From the Sept 2010 issue of Motor Trend:
"WHAT'S NEW: New wagon model that brings updated front and rear styling, a revised grille and rear taillights, and restyled 17-inch wheels. New automatic shift logic improves performance, feel, fuel economy. The interior receives minor updates to trim and stitching, as well as a new optional NAV system, improved sound insulation, and upgraded LED lighting.

In looking at the rear lights of the 2011 TSX Wagon, I'm afraid they went with a mostly-red treatment... which would be a bummer because the '10 taillights are one of the snazziest aspects of the current TSX design.
The rest of the changes I think are worth waiting for. I'm waiting...
Though, I have to say, that start-button ignition is sorely missing. I'll be genuinely bummed to invest in a car for another 5 years where I have to carry keys in my pants, and dig them out every time I want to drive my car. What a buzzkill.

The V6 needs a manual and SH-AWD...I would settle for just the manual..may be 2012/13 when it will the the size of my wife's 2010 TL SH-AWD manual..until then I'll daily drive her old 2006 TSX..

im glad i got the 2010, yeah the hdd nav would be nice, but the over all car, i dont think looks as good. the new front bumper, not as sporty looking. and the new tail lights are a step back.
i dont know if all the new design features of the wagon will also be in the sedan version, but if the bumper and tail lights are the same, i would be disappointed.

If the wagon is an indication what the 2011 sedan will be like I am disappointed on some level.
Tail Lights:I dont like the all red housing. The 2010 looks so much better.
Front Grille:I am not liking the upper part of the grille that has the long horizontal lnes.
Rear Vents AC: Loving this. Wish the 2010 had this.
New Trim: I wish it had a silver trim instead of the current black.
HDD Navi: I have mixed feelings about this one. Its might be a bit faster but its still a hard drive like a pc which means it can have bad sectors/cluster. I really dont care much for the current 6 disc CD because who really carry CDs now a days.
I cant wait to see the 2011, it should be interesting.

My family minivan (2001 model) still has cassette deck and single CD slot. Neither one works as one of my kids thought it was a great idea to put coins into those openings a few years back and Toyota told me it would cost over $1000 to replace the unit.

Actually the upcoming Infinity G25 looks like a serious competitor to the TSX. It will have a 2.5L V6, rear wheel drive, the same body as the G37, and start around $28-29K. Somewhere around 230hp and 190 lb-ft. Not sure if they will dumb down the features but the G37 has some very nice features. However, it also looks like for MY2012 the G series will get a makeover. So buy the G25 and next year it gets remade??? This vehcile is already sold in China and Japan. But (I know how stupid this sounds) it does not have rear folding seats. One reason I got the TSX so I could haul things for home improvement projects. I use the fold down seats made 1-2 a month on average. Most cars near/above 30K do not have folding rear seats except the 3-series (and new 5-series believe it or not).
