2010 Rearview camera pointing to the ground??
nope, your camera looks like it is not seated properly in the housing. possibly from a rear end collision? i don't believe the TSX has diff views, my MDX has 3 views, normal, wide angle, and facing straight down to where i would just see the floor, nothing back
Are you sure? my '10 is the same.. CPO. I like it this way.

My too, is a '10 CPO.
I pop out the liner and check the wires and screw to the camera, not seeing anything funny.
I don't think a collision can reseat the camera. My ody was rear ended and got the whole back replaced but the camera is still look same.
Can other 2010 owner confirm the camera position?
Thanks

I dont like it either. I lucky found a 2011 tsx camera off a totaled wagon for $130 shipped. The +11 cameras are longer plus they have the guidelines which is also helpful. I will post an update once its installed to see if that can fix the problem.
Please keep us posted it. I would love to have a longer range.
Do you think if this is something we can request from Acura for a replacement?
If this is the case, then the camera will needs to be replaced. It is not the quality issue here, it is a safety issue. The backup camera suppose to give a better view than the reverse mirror but it failed that.
Just imagine you look the reverse mirror and not seeing anyone or cars then you look at the backup camera screen while you are backing up, someone or a car moving toward you and you will unable to see it or have enough time to react.

There is a reason why they switch it in the 2011 model instead of sticking with it.
The backup camera is a safety feature, if having it require the driver to look at 2 areas instead of one, then it defeated the purpose. In the matter of fact, it may be a safety hassle
Yes, I can see someone's leg with the 09 Ody's camera. I also able to see cars and people moving behind behind me.

update!
I purchased a 2011+ camera off a totaled wagon for dirt cheap but you can easily use the your existing camera because it is the exact same camera with a longer bracket. I also purchased the 2011+ chrome trim piece on the trunk, which was a easy pop in. instead of clipping the camera in like it came from factory, I trimmed up the plastic and made a bracket to angle up the camera.

My question is how do you remove the the wire connector that connect the camera? I don't want break it with force.
