will 205/55/16 fit on stock TL wheels?? 2nd gen.

will 205/55/16 fit on stock TL wheels?? 2nd gen.

2nd gen tl wheels.
i know they take 205/60/16
just wondering if 55 will fit? and if it will cause any issues??

it shows me no other 205 tire will fit on the car.
thats not correct at all. or im misunderstanding the site.

If you click on the URL I posted it'll show you the original tire size and then a bit further down it'll show the optional tire sizes.

Plus Zero
- 215/55-16
- 225/55-16

As for the 205/55/16s, they will work . . but your speedometer will be about 1 or 2 miles off . . so instead of reading 50mph, it'll read 51 or 52mph, but your actual speed will be slower. The upside is that you'll get a little better handling, acceleration off the line and it can even boost your in-town gas mileage a tad. The reason is that the 205/55s are lighter (1-2lbs) than the 205/60s.

i had only heard good things about the eagle gt's guess not...

where did you get this info? what about the G019 Grids?
