Muteki,
Since you live in SoCal, especially in Orange county, a drive over to Carson county isn't that far. You can buy it from the link I gave you and just pick it up. Just talk to the owner, Todd and he should be able to get it the same day or next day after you place the order.
Just verify the part number "51858-55" is the correct H&R OE springs (such as going to their site or doing a search on this forum) because I know that the "51858 H&R Sport" springs had a sagging problem for the TL's because those H&R Sport part number was made for the Honda Accord, which weighed less.
I have a place where it's quite cheap and I have bought from them before.
Here's the link:

If you can find another lower price, I am sure he can price match it too. There use to be a site on the web that sold H&R springs for really cheap but the link doesn't work anymore. Any problems just PM me.

Hawhyen51,
If you have a 3G TL, note that it doesn't need to be dropped very much, in comparison to a 2G TL, to have a better look and for better handling. If you are looking for a milder drop, you have several other options: Comptech springs
(lowers 1" front and back), Tein High tech springs (less than 1" drop front and back) or S.Tech springs( little over 1" drop front and back) or A-spec suspension (about .5" drop front and back - I believe you don't have to order the whole A-spec suspension and only the springs/shock assemblies only).
Be aware that if you change aftermarket springs, your stock shocks may 1) blow prematurely and likely won't be covered under warranty and 2) if the aftermarket spring rate is much firmer, you can possibly "bottom out" also; it may also be perfectly fine with just changing the springs with no problems. Do a bit of research to see what other 3G owners paired their aftermarket springs with first.

Hope that helps .

Michael - I was merely provding a response on where to purchase name brand parts at an inexpensive price. I'm aware of the spring drop rates and the effect it may/can have on the stock suspension units for the 3G. Thanks for the info anyway. FYI, the CT springs are repackaged Eibachs.
