Uneven after shock/spring install

I recently installed tokico illuminas and Tein H-tech springs on mycar. The front is fine. But, after installing the rears, I noticed that one side of the car sits lower than the other. This wasn't the case with the stock springs and shocks. Any guesses as to what's up? A weak spring on one side? A blown shock? There's about an inch to an inch and a half difference.

Give it some time for the suspension to settle in. Hopefully that's all it needs...

More help....

I replaced the front shocks and springs earlier and it lowered the car slightly. But, when I went back and did the rear stuff, the right side was fine, but the left side was way low. I finished it one day and went to get my new tires on the next. The left side is rubbing badly, but the right side is okay. I had someone at a shop check it and they guy said everything seemed to be put back on correctly. But, one side is noticeably lower. I'm still thinking blown shock, weak spring, or something. Come on guys! Surely someone else has a suggestion.

My ride:

2000 TL-P Taffeta White
3rd gen TL rims (rough offset, I know)
New 235/45/17 Yokohama H4S tires
New Tokico Illumina shocks
New Tein H-tech springs (rated to lower 1.5 F / 1.0 R)

The right rear sags more than the left rear (driver side).

That's just the way it is with our cars.

well i'll dig this thread up. since ive had my tein ss ive been sagging the opposite way, towards the driver side. i gave it a few months to settle in and it seems that its not gonna change. i attributed it to the tein 'weak' spring rates and then my sub/amp and the gastank.

anyone else seeing uneven standing? its maybe 1/2 an inch to an inch. ive thought about adjusting the rear passenger side to be 'lower' to compensate for the unevenness but that makes me feel geto (in my head haha).

My H&R OE Sports do the same with my car; The driver's side is just slightly lower than the passenger side. Most people wouldn't notice it but I'm aware of it.

I have the same problem as you (rr) after my illuminas where installed, I would definitely be interested in the cure if there is one available.

would switching the springs in the front help settle the one spring? just curious if that would work...like if one side of the car is heavier

Same problem here. Don't know if it is weight, shocks, or springs...Those are the 3 things causing the sagging. The shocks wouldn't cause an obvious sagging, so it is either weight or shocks. Mine is 3/4" sagging, that is a big difference.
