I would have to say Tein Basic or Apexi WS Dampers. I have the apexi WS damper on my TL and they are great and haven't had any problems as of yet.

LOL
With the EDFC, you can also control the Tein SS in 32 different damping settings.

Once again, with the EDFC, you can control the SS in 32 different damping levels.

I would know, since I have the damn thing sitting next to me every time I get in my car.

I have it mounted vertically on the side of the center console. When I get a new head unit, I'm gonna have it custom fit in the dash with the HU.

It's damping, not dampening.

And what are your reasons behind saying that damping is useless on a street car?

My bad, instead of 16 you get 32 levels meaning at lowest setting and at highest setting, with or without the EDFC they are the same. In other words, with the EDFC, you get 1/2's meaning .5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 ....etc.

I guess I should rephrase. Useless IMO but the EDFC is way to expensive for my taste.

Well..... yeah!

Just because you're adding an EDFC to the Tein SS, that doesn't mean the suspension is going to grow 16 new damping levels.

vtlec01 --

I personally think the EDFC is worth every penny. I love being able to go from a stiff setup during spirited driving to soft boulevard ride when the pavement gets a bit bumpy, all in a matter of a second.

And again, why do you say that damping is useless on a street car? I have yet to hear your reasons. I'm just curious.

I wish I could afford to get the EDFC, I've been taking the back seat off and on occasionally. Being able to adjust the damping level is awesome. Cleaning the coilovers is a pain in the ass.
