Low Pros.

So I slammed my car this weekend and as much as i love it my tires simply just wont let me drive right now i cant afford to get new rims and tires so I just want to put a low profile tire on my stock 99 tl rim, can someone please help me with sizing, and all that.

Smaller profile the tire the shittier the ride so keep that in mind. Post a pic of your car and we can go from there on what size you ahould get.

Buying lower profile tires for your OEM rims will be harsh riding and look funny, imo. Unless you are getting tires for cheap....try finding a set of used aftermarket rims and tires that will better match up with the lowered suspension. Check out the "Black Market" subforum for some good buys. How much did ya slam it ??? Maybe ya went too low, too fast !

deffinitly wayyyy to low! haha its laying pipes in the front so my move for now its to just raise it an inch or so until I can drop rims and tires on it.

Putting lower profile tires on your stock rims will really screw up your speedo and abs

Well what did you even "slam" the car on. Coils, spring shock combo pr you just cut your oem springs... Thats what it seems like. We need pictures

Incorrect I would never ever cut my coils....
Coilovers and this issue was resolved. i had busted studs making the tire jump around thus making the "rubbing" feeling. Thanks to anyone who tired to respond with a decent answer.

Low profile tires on factory wheels looks really stupid, and as previously stated, has negative side effects. Save and do it right, don't make it look worse.
