those look so good in chrome, i have almost your identical car it just makes me wanna do it right now. You don't think winter will be rough on them?

no worries there. I got a 92 Accord for commuting and I slap on the 16" TL-P wheels on the TL-S I bought with snow tires for the winter in case I do have to drive it.

If you have chrome and live in winter areas that deal with sand and salt, you need a basic set of wheels or another car to beat up on. Chrome does not hold up well with those extreme conditions.

Thanks

Check ebay, there is always a auction for a service to chrome your rims. I think they send you a pair of chromies and you ship them yours.

werd, that is sick! I love it! I got a crack rim I need to get that fixed and then have them chrome out all my rims, probably by next summer comes along I'll put them on. In the winter, the salt on the road with mess up the chrome color, careful...

You know, I think it is made by Turtle Wax and it's in a clear bottle, clear liquid. I got it from Wal Mart, lasts forever too with no "fling" off. I'll have to look at the bottle.

hey, cjitty. like your car... i'm curious about the antenna it looks like you installed. is that for radio reception - and if so, how much and what type do you recommend?

Phoenix, that antenna is for the Onstar system. Vehcles equipped with Navigation come with the Onstar system and that is the antenna used by the system to communicate with the Onstar network. If you see a vehicle without the antenna on the roof, it does not have stock navigation or Onstar. On the newer Acura TL's, the antenna is a small color matched box and has a really low profile that looks nice. I like the antenna I have too though.

By the way, the radio antenna is in the rear glass in case you are wondering.
