Center Caps Installation Problem...

Trying to put the centre caps on my LE37's but man it's pretty hard to put them on! So far I have only been able to put one on...the other 3..it just seems impossible. They WERE on the wheels and they are the right ones for my rims. I went to a tire shop to mount some new tires and in that process that took off the caps but they never put them back on. I thought it would be pretty straight forward to snap them back on...but no...........anyways...any suggestion? I tried using a hammer (with something soft covering the caps so I don't damage them), I tried spraying some wd40...no luck...

you should be able to simply look at how they are held on and see what needs to be done.. dont just try to pound them on and end up breaking them..

read his post.. he said they were on before, but cant get them on now..

i still say that if you simply look at the centercaps, you can figure out what to push, pull, twist, bend, etc. to get them on..

^ ya like what MJ said, I know on some of my old rims before the "teeth" of the cap have to line up somewhere in the center of the rim in a specific way to go in. try to press a bit around the inside edge of the cap so it "tapers" in when fitting it on

??
