Brake rotors warped, need options

My 2002 TL TYPE S has a bad vibration when braking hard above 50mph. I'm assume the brake rotors are warped. Are they worth turning or should be looking to replace them? If I do replace them, should I look for aftermarket, and what brands of rotor and pads should I get. The use is normal street driving.
Thanks Avion

Worth turning???? Definitly replace them it's good to do if the stocks are warped or not. Get Rotora (any type of Rotora) some EBC pads, and SS brake lines.

EBC rotors suck ass...chances of rotor cracking or crappy ass braking feel and distance is what you'll get. don't go cheap on brakes.

How many miles are on your TL? Acura has been turning rotors (or replacing them) for free. Got my front pads replaced and rotors turned at 23k miles for free.

You could get the rotors re-surfaced (have you got this done before?), chances are it will still warp, and you'll need to replace your pads too. I would suggest getting Rotora's Slotted Discs and some EBC Green Stuff Pads. Good deal for the money and do seem to increase stopping distance. I have had mine on for a while and no issues...that is no warping or uneven pad wear.

Price does not always indictate a superior product!

Um, I've got EBC slotted/dimpled rotors and EBC green stuff pads and have had them for about 20k miles. I drive pretty hard and they work perfectly fine with reduced fade. They really will not affect stopping distance unless in an all out panic stop, but the fade has largely disappeared. So, BlueXTC, I have not clue what you are talking about...
