5x114.3 to 5x114.5?

Does anybody know if that would work. I have another set of rims using a pattern of 114.5?? Would this work?!

Interesting...
114.5? I can't imagine they'd fit. You'd need a hub adapter.

i'm sure it was a typo. i don't know of any 114.5 bolt patterns (gm makes some 115mm though.. and CTS owners sometimes use 114.3 on their car.)

Im doing vise versa I got some CTS winter rims with a 115 bolt pattern on my TL. Although it doesnt sit on the hub properly i've had no weird play or feeling when driving. Just make shure the lugs are tight, and put them on really slowly and try to even out the rim on the hub, and check the lugs weekly to see if they are still tight.

I thought the OP might have mis-typed or been misinformed about what his wheels were.
Here's a Google search

^^^^^ Same deal as fitting a tire too wide on the stock wheels, against tire manufacturers' recommendations.

our cars our 114.3 ...period...don't play with that kind of stuff..even if it somewhat fits, those lugs bolts could wear out and then you lose your rear end and flip on the highway racing to the crib to get some ass...

yeah thanks for responding guys, the guy was wrong. He said it was 114.5 and I asked him what kind of car it was on and he said an evo, which is 114.3. Cause I never heard of that lug pattern before. Anyways, I'll post new pics of the rims tomorrow night.
