Woofer Rattle and Seat Squeak

I have a '02 TL-S and when listening to talk radio or certain music, the woofer or something in the rear parcel shelf area rattles. I have taken it to 2 dealers in Atlanta who have not fixed it. One of the dealers actually said that's how it is supposed to sound. Also, when I sit in the drivers seat or shift my driving position, there is a squeak that comes from the right side of the seat near the console. I'm not sure if it is coming from the front or the back. Again the dealer said it was normal. Neither of these things seem normal to me. Any suggestions?!?

for the seat noise, it could be your seat belt or what I do, is just raise the back end of the seat up some with the front all the way down - and it gives a slightly better angle so the squeak goes away

I raised the seat about 2mm and the squeak went away. Thanks!!! I have contacted Acura customer care about teh woofer rattle. Depending on the outcome, I may not have to try the fix. If things go sour, at least I have a plan B.
