Winter project done, now need help

Ok, winter is done here, i've put my car together and took it for the first drive since October.
A lot of stuff were done, will list them after as well as picz, BUT

But i need your help now, i have list of problems came out.

1) Where is outside temp. sensor located?
My dash just showing "---" instead of temp, so i guess, i've done something with it, maybe just connector.

2) Mirror control buttons are not working, will CL-S or 99 TL one, fit 02 TL-S?
Happened after installing LED there, maybe resistors touches something or maybe i f**ked it up...

3) Headlights leak, will just resealing in oven fix it?
Washed it and condensation was there... i've removed bottom parking light, but plugs are there, so i'm sure it's leak... maybe reseal + silicon?

4) Aftermarket catback rubber mounts?
My exhaust tips are on different high, can i just buy another rubber mounts to replace OE? will it fix it?

That's it what i've noticed for few hours of driving around so far...

Hope to get some help from you guys!

For the temp display, is everything for the heater control on the dash plugged in? I know that if it is not fully connected behind the dash, the display on the cluster will show ---

Does your heater or a/c work when you try to turn it on? Did you remove your dashboard recently?

UPDATE: A/C is not working at all...
Just found that it's not even trying to start, coz RPM's are staying on the same level.

What it can be? does it related to temperature sensor?

Check behind the dash. Sounds like it's not hooked up to the wire harness. Make sure all the plugs are connected back there.
