Wind Noise

Hi guys

Does any one else have issues with wind noise? I have a 2000TL, great car, but I was thinking of doing something to reduce the wind noise. Are there any kits out there to redo the rubber trim on the doors and windows? I am thinking of putting dynamat on it too, but I dont think it will help me with the wind noise.

Any suggestions?

thanks all

usually on 2 generation tl the window seal molding near the side mirrors start to deform/shrink and thats what causes the wind noise when going above 20mph.

Let us know what you do!

Hey Sflusa2004,
I have a 2000 as well, and have the same question! Great car, smooth ride, but rather"windy" on the highways. Whatever you do, please post about it! Btw, did you find anything through a search?

Find whats causing the noise. It may be a seal that needs replacing. start taping off areas where there are seals and go for a drive to see if it reduces the noise. Also 99-01 mirrors are angled differently and cause more noise. they changed teh angle of the mirrors to reduce that
