Wierd spark plug

Wierd spark plug

How do i take it out? theres no bolt just a piece of rubber

thats alil strange... consult a shop manual or a mechanic... maybe the metal sleeve has to be removed to get to the plug....

Looks like the piece of rubber out of a spark plug socket. See if you can fit another socket over it and push the rubber on down to the base of the plug.

It's the rubber at the end of the coil I think...

IT was just that one because I didn't remove the coil by detaching the wire, I just yanked it out and I guess the little bottom part got stuck on it while I was pulling...haha

So once I removed the coil properly,the rubber piece came off with the coil

these coils are like Grandmas fine china- treat like fragile glass!!
No YANKING them out
and set them on a towel when removed

^^I did just that after i realized you could unplug them haha

any reason why my power steering is whining now after changing spark plugs?

p/s noise, flush the fluid twice from the entire system
ck ps belt condition and tension, its tensioner is manually adjusted- old school style

So I got my idler pulley tensioner replaced because it had some slight ticking. Long story short, the PS pump, reservoir, belt and hoses had to all be disconnected and put back together to get to that idler tensioner. After that was done my PS pump stopped making noise.
