He has a 2003 TL-S and it finally happened to him.
He was driving down the road and started to feel a jerking feeling from the car.
Since his gas light was on, he decided to get some gas.
To make a long story short, he took it to the dealer,
they test drive the car and received a call that the tranny died during the test drive.
The car is now on a flat bed being towed back to the dealer for warranty service.

 

well its under warrenty atleast he has the new tranny now. im hoping mine goes out before mine is up.

 

It happens to the best of us. Luckily when mine died it was working well enough for me to drive 15 miles or so right to the dealership so no towing was required. It makes me ashamed of our cars to see that picture of it on the flat bed like that
