water in the trunk
I have a 2000 3.2TL. The problem is I have been getting water in the trunk. The water settled in the spare tire well after the last two rain storms. I pulled away all of the trunk carpeting and on the right side of the trunk around the tire well I found more water. I also noticed a drainage hose comming from the roof area and entering the right side wall of the trunk. I have no idea where the water is comming from or what this hose is for. Can annyone help.
I poured water over the trunk seal it did not appear to leak.

I've had the same issue lol. I couldn't figure out where the water was coming from either. There are two rubber plugs that are under the spare that you can take out and no water would build up. That's what I did
these 2 threads may give you some ideas too..

I had the same problem, I undid the rubber plugs let it drain, I just figured out the cause on mine....If you wet your back windshield, leave your trunk open and watch the water run down the side of the car, and in my car, it goes down behind the taillight which i checked and sure enough led right to my spare tire. Im going to try and figure out how to plug that little gap up...if anyone knows how to plug that up please post..
