Get a flash light and look under the dash and up. One is by the brake pedal, the other is above the parking brake. They arent small grommets, they are fairly big.

Aight I just went through this the other day re-running wires for my system... Hhere should be one almost in between the gas and brake pedal high up under the dash... They're might be a rubber plug on both ends plugging it up so it migh blend in but it's there.. Once unplugged it's wide open nice and easy through to the engine bay.. If your looking in from the engine bay look on the back wall past the engine under the strut bar almost directly behind the throttle body....
The other one should only be used as a last option because it's super hard to reach, and find and requires alot of time to get to and actually het any kind of wires through... I only know because I had to run my interior amp power through and it was a pain in the ass... It's located under the hood release latch way high up in the dash and comes out. Into the engine bay under where the Windshield wiper motor is... Their is a huge wire harnass surrounded by a super thick rubber boot/ gromet that's a pain in the ass to puncture and get wires through

Most I've seen aren't thick at all... how do you figure you'll "mess up the full purpose of firewall !!!"- ?? Accessory outfitters do it all the time to run wiring. It's better to do that using a grommet around the wires than puncture an existing harness boot and risk damage. Some vehicles already have unused holes in the firewall (with rubber plugs).
