you need to have the front rotors resurfaced. New rotors off the shelf should still be cut since they can warp for many reasons before they ever get installed on a car. For best results, go somewhere with an on-car lathe.

Was the back of ea. front wheel and the rotor 'hat' cleaned when they were replaced? Were the lug nuts tightened correctly and torqued to the right value? Which rotors did you buy? Did it vibrate right after the brakes were replaced or did it start some time later? Were the tires replaced at the same time? More info would be helpful.

Totaled TL.....Im not sure if the hat was cleaned as I was confined to the waiting rm while this was being done also Im taking my car back where I got my tires installed....reason being thats when I noticed the shaking.....my hope is that my tires are unbalanced....wishful thinking....also I have Bendix rotors and brakes expect I still have the original back rotors that came with the car....

If its pulsating only when braking, its your rotors that are out of round, not your tires.

Don't overlook the rears. Sounds crazy, but the rears can make the steering wheel shake too. Try rotating each wheel slowly by hand. If you feel uneven resistance as you rotate the wheel, start there. Someone else posted this problem within the last month.

Its your front rotors, they are warped. Both sets of OEM discs I have bought have both warped on me. I have had them machined down, but they just end up warping on me. OEM brakes are shit, upgrade your pads and rotors.
