valve cover gaskets

valve cover gaskets

hey whats goin on guys?? well just changed the oil on the tl for the first time since i bought it and notice that there was oil had been seaping out around the front valve cover gasket. has anyone replace both gaskets on your car?? it couldnt be that hard right?? do you have to remove the intake manifold? any help is appreciated!

yes, you have to remove the upper IM and the rest is pretty simple. Its not something ive seen people have to replace yet but its not hard. Make sure to get the spark plug gaskets while your at it

it may be a stupid question but what do you mean spark plug gaskets?? do you mean the rubber gaskets at the ignition coils??

and also would you recommend changing the intake manifold gaskets while im in there?
