Valve adjustment...

Have any one done a Valve adjustment by yourself? and is it hard to do it by yourself? Also is it hard to replace the valve cover gasket and do you need to replace the manifold gasket also?

It's not too hard if you go step by step. Helms manual helps. There's also a diy on here. The rear exhausts are a bit of a pain to get to but the rest are easy. You dont need to replace the manifold gasket. I didnt replace the valve cover gasket either but its not hard to replace, there's a groove in the valve cover where the gasket sits.

I have to replace the valve cover gasket because I'm leaking oil there, so I thought doing the valve adjustment at the same time.

Thank you!.. I also want to confirm this if I have a 3.2L engine do I need to do a valve adjustment? because I read somewhere that if your tl is 3.2 L it does not need a valve adjustment because the rocket arm or something like that.
