Make sure your belt is seated properly and is not over tightened.

Could be a worn idler or accessory pulley bearing going bad.

was the pulley nut torque set to 182 foot pounds?
with what method,,so you know it really is set, not just what an air gun would do?
if not it maybe sitting out just enough to strain the belt alignment

iirc a different brand belt works best with UR, the edges are differant than stock,
ck UR site,,gatorback/goodyear belt maybe?
but there is a preferred brand..ck diy may be there

ac belt tensioner always a possible, but usually a grumbling sound
ck with mechanics stethascope or long screwdriver

I LuLed when I read "I changed my pulley" then I read "my mechanic over tightened the belt"

If the mechanic put it in, take it back.

Gates Belts preferred, iirc. The Gatorback (supposedly?) has the different edge. Double check the UR site for their recommendation.

Lol well I thought it had something to do with the pully when I made the post but I was wrong so I went to the mechanic that installed it he said its the ac clutch I called my friend and he told me get some water and while the engine is running pour it on the pully if the noise goes away its your belt and it was my belt I just needed a new belt I changed it the noise went away. Problem solved

Never pour water on a hot running engine. You can warp or crack any very hot parts by doing so. But glad your problem is fixed. Next time buy a can of belt dressing and spray that on there. If the noise stops then change the belt.
