Both bulbs in my left tail light have gone out. I checked the bulbs and they seem fine. Does anyone know where the fuse for these lights are at? I checked 3 fuse box locations (left/right side of dash and under hood), but the fuse labels on the stickers didn't suggest (to me) anything related to tail lights. If it's not the fuse, what else might it be? I checked the bulbs by pulling back the carpet in the trunk (after removing one screw), removing the bulbs, and observing that they didn't look burnt and had a solid wire inside the bulb glass).

All the other lights (reverse, amber blinker, and brake light) work fine (both sides).


I also just noticed yesterday, a red light was on in my dash that said "BRAKE LIGHT". I stopped to get gas, then when I started the engine again, the red light was no longer on. All the brake lights still seem to work fine.

BTW, I wasn't too worried about this, until I got pulled over last night and recieved a warning about it from an officer

 

Bump. Still having my problems with my rear driver side running light: they don't light up. Brake light work, but the two running lights on that side don't. Bulbs look fine.

Anyone know where the fuse for the tail lights are? (the running lights)

 

i think there is a fuse i there for the tail light check it again
