Question Switch C Replacement / TL Type-S '03 non-Navi J32A2

Hi,

we are repairing my TL over 2 yrs already - now we have stucked with replacement of SWITCH C (as on attached picture)

previous installation fundings: attached screw in switch hole :/ ergo, do not have faulty switch C.

can somebody provide any details to easy identify replacement (based in Europe) ?

looking for any clue to but new "Switch C" for this model (do not know spare part number / replacement number / tech specs)
is only ONE in whole vehicle, connected between radiator and ECM, responsible for switch on/off radiator fans.
attached 2 pics (with red markings) what I was able to find inside my manual
