Sunroof issues

My sunroof for some reason will not go back down to its original position. I noticed the fuse was blown so I replaced, the fuse blew again, try one more time to be sure, and sure enough it blew...I have a 03 with about 78,000 miles, should I take it to the dealer and have them fix it under warranty? Is my warranty still valid? I did some searching and I'm pretty sure its an a shorted wire, but I just would like to be sure.

Thanks everyone.

The sunroof does not move at all, and every time I try to move it, a fuse blows..

unless you got a special 100,000 warranty-acura CPO used car type warranty,
the regular one is long since past.
Blowing fuses is a bad ground or overload because the track is stuck- sometimes the screws get loose and need to be checked every year- but no one knows to!
