Suddenly Hating This Car!!!!!

Alright so i had a hard to get in third gear condition which i thought i fixed with gm syncromesh. But last week on my way to work i suddenly lost my clutch pedal completely and had to rev match the rest of the way. When arriving at work i opened my hood and saw my hard clutch line rubbing on the end of the shifter assembly which made a pinhole leak. One of the other techs removed the line and bent a completely new line(covered it with rubber hose, new fittings and flared the ends). We bled it and boom we had gears and clutch function, but now i am experiencing a third gear grind when accelerating and shifting to third, fast shifts. I honestly don't think that rev matching for 10-15 mins completely ruined my 3-4 gears syncro.

Any ideas?
