Need an estimate for new panel for back of passenger seat!

I found this car on Craigslist in my area. It's a 2003 Acura 3.2 TL in great condition overall, only 60k miles, and it's being sold for $6500. It does have a salvage title, but I plan on getting the car checked out by a mechanic to see if there are any problems (the owner said it was a minor front end accident; just some frame damage). I KBB'd it and this car would go for $9500 at fair-condition...
Now, my only issue is that the back panel of the passenger seat is missing and I want to have a complete/clean-looking car, so I need to know how much it would cost on average to find and get this part installed on the car. If it's too expensive I might reconsider buying the car. I appreciate all advice/information! Thanks!

You know that Acura will not cover your transmission anymore with a salvage title. Not sure if that's a big deal for you since most of the warranties are close to being expired by now anyways. Make sure everything is fixed correctly and the transmission is shifting smoothly.

As for the panel, MSRP at the dealership for this part is 343.48 because apparently it's listed as leather (even though it's really vinyl). You can buy it from Curry Acura for 268. But your better off getting one from a recycler or junkyard for much much cheaper.
