Subframe Bushings

i went to get my oil change today and told them about this problem that im experiencing lately. After starting my car thats already parked ( over night, up-hill, or wheel slanted ), and when i reverse, there seems to be a clutch feeling or some sort of breakage felt underneath the driver seat. So i told them to check it out, and they said that my "subframe bushings" on the driver side are all broken. so i looked at it myself, there are only a small piece left on the thing when its suppose to be a whole circle of bushings.

They told me that some kinda of oil is leaking from above and ate away my bushings?!?!?!

has anyone had this problem before?? now that i know this problem in my car, now that when i drive i really do feel a lil bit of a difference when turning right and left. When turning right, i feel that the whole car slants toward the left side a WHOLE lot more than when i make a left turn. so for sure i know its the problem with my driver-side front subframe bushing.

do i need to replace it ASAP? or can i just ride w/o worrying about it? if i do replace them how much would it be?

i dont really know much about these bushings and how they work. thanks for any help!
