Strange Jerking, possible trans?
Hey guys, I have heard quite a bit about the second generation transmissions and their problems which makes me think the following is a transmission problem. However, I am going to explain this to the best of my ability to see if anybody else has had the same problems.
As I drive, if I am going slow (around 30 mph) my car jerks several times as if the transmission may be slipping, but it's not all the time, just occasionally. I don't have any lights on and I do need to replace the radius rod bushings. I have heard that clogged catalytic converters, and few other things can cause jerking. Is this possible or is it more than likely the transmission? If anybody has had this happen please feel free to input.

Have you guys checked your IAC valve? if it gets stuck from carbon buildup, then it could sporadically get stuck in the open position allowing a random amount of air into your system.
it's very easy to dissemble and clean with throttle body cleaner, the difficult part is getting it off the throttle body.
