Red face SRS 3 trouble Codes

the 9-04 and 15-02 can be cleared but the other comes back on as soon as I turn off and on ignition.
The 1-01 looks pretty serious to me. Would this prevent my airbag from deploying in case of an impact ?

call the dealer with your VIN
there is a recall out for airbag inflator, something about deployment speed
they replace a sensor, not the airbag
and its free!!

everyone needs to be registered with acura care- they send the recall notes

Note If you have done ANY electrical work on the car and then got a SRS light- follow the reset procedure in the DIY section
If it comes back on see dealer

if it comes on and no work was done, call dealer asap

I've done the fog light mod. SRS light came on after that, idk how long after but I was able to clear it with the MES connectors. And after some months it came back on and this time it wouldn't go off with the MES connectors trick. Would you suggest I undo my fog light mod before showing this to the dealer ?

I dont know what the fog light mod uses for power

the normal issue must be a power spike splicing wires etc (my guess) with battery connected causes false codes

If its been months since reset, thats a different story= time for dealer

The fog light mod draws power from instrument panel fuse to the fog light toggle switch through a diode. My only concern is if the dealer sees this, could they hold this against me and not honor the extended warrant or recall?

they would have to - by law- prove the mod caused the problem!
thats why no hassles on lowered cars and trans failure

but wont cover cv bearing on lowered cars, as thats a direct provable relationship to wear

take it in and tell them the SRS light came on,
the service writers rarely convey your actual words to paper for the tech- all they get is: Customer states SRS light on
Leave a note in car for the tech explaining you tried reset etc,etc
give whatever details you have to help, include codes you pulled
Dont clear the codes!!!
