Squeeking sound from Steering... Please Help

Last night while parking my car in reverse to go eat at church's chicken, I heard some squeeling sounds while turning the wheel. I had my door open and i can hear it pretty well that its coming from the front driverside wheel.

The squeeking sound would also come when i brake as i'm slowly inch the car forward and tapping the brakes so that the the front suspension would be compressed.

Could this be my coilovers making the noise? or could it be my front left CV boot?

BTW... i haven't washed the car for a month now.... I try spraying the wheel well to see if i can spray off some dirt around the area.

All help is appreciated. Thanks

I hope its nothing big....maybe i just need to lubricate some steering component thats connected to my wheel.
