Alright, so sometimes when i have my car parked. the rpm sporadically goes up and down. Also, if i try to just floor the pedal while parked, the rpm won't go past 5. it stays on 5 and then starts jerking.

Could it be a problem with an idle sensor?

ISC valve can cause erratic idle. There's been previous posts showing how to "clean" this valve, which may help. In my wife's 2000 TL, the low idle was caused by restricted EGR passageways. But in your sporadic up/down idling, I'd consider checking your coolant level. It's possible there's a small leak or may have air trapped within the system ?

 

IACV is the problem, And the car WONT go over 5k in park or neutral when not moving.
