Sparkplugs & Cables

When should the sparkplugs and cables be change? Should i get iridium, What types of cables should I buy or should i just take the car to the dealer to do the job?

Our car doesn't have traditional spark plug wires. They are coil packs and don't need to be replaced unless they go back (CEL).

what type of sparkplugs should i get? and how often should i change it?

NGK Iridium's, do a search and you'll get opinions about them and there is actually a vendor on this site that has them for a good price.
