Rubbing issues with SPC Camber Kit

Hi everyone.

I've just installed a SPC camber kit in the rear of my 2003 TL-S with factory Camber Specs and i think I heard a slight squeak when i hit a bump on the road.

I'm currently lowered on coilovers with about 1.5 finger gap between the tire and rear fender.

Has anyone experinced this issue with stock TL-S rims and tires?

I really don't want to cut any tabs and I'm not even sure if it is rubbing at all?

Would you suggest me to put a little more negative camber in the rear if it is rubbing?

I had no problems with the stock rims/tires after lowering. When I got new wheels, the offset cause some rubbing when stressed. Have a friend push down on the back of the car and look closely at the tire/fender area. You will be able to see if it is hitting or not. I didn't want to, but I did cut some of the plastic inner lip to get the clearance needed. Hope that helps.

i had TypeS wheels + h&r sport before (2 finger gap) with my rear camber kit.. wheels doesnt rub with 225/45-17 tires.. camber was between -0.5 and -0.8 after ajustement if im not mistaken .. like -1.3 or -1.5 before ..

If your running stock wheels and tires you arent rubbing. Plus you wouldnt hear a squeek if you rubbed. it was something else like the suspension (coil rubbing together)

when i rub i hear a squeek or something like that.. when you hit a bump your tire just go a fraction of second hit something and you hear this noise.. but this is with my 235/40-18 setup .. just seat 2 person in your trunk and check if you clear the fenders/plastic tab of the rear bumper..

Thanks alot for the tips and opinions.

I'll get 2 or 3 people to sit in the back of my car to check if the wheels touch the tabs.

Maybe the squeek was from my springs then.

I think the factory specs for the rear camber is -0.5 degree if i'm correct.
